Your family's data belongs to your family. Everything here is self-serve — no email required, no waiting period.
Export everything
In the grown-ups area, choose Download my data to get a complete copy of your family's records: your account details, every kid's profile and settings, their saved artwork and progress, and the full AI activity log for each kid. The export covers every child on the account, not just one.
Delete a kid's profile
Deleting a kid's profile removes that kid's artwork history, progress, AI activity, shared pictures, and friend connections immediately — including sweeping their shared images out of storage. It cannot be undone, so the app asks you to confirm.
Delete the whole account
Deleting your account does the above for every kid, plus your own account details, settings, and passkeys. It takes effect immediately. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first in the billing portal (see Pricing) so you aren't charged again. Prefer email? Write to support@colorvidakids.ai from your account address and we'll do it for you.
What expires on its own
Even if you never ask, we don't keep kids' information indefinitely. The highlights of our retention schedule:
The shared copy in a friend's feed expires — the original always stays in your kid's own gallery. Full details in the Privacy Policy.
What never expires on a timer
Your kids' saved artwork, and your account itself. A kid's drawings are the reason your family uses Color Vida Kids — we will never delete them because time passed or because nobody signed in for a while. They go only when you say so.
