How does the free trial work?
Every Family plan starts with 7 free days. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel in one tap before then — no questions asked.
What counts as a "kid seat"?
One seat = one kid profile with its own artwork, level, stickers, and settings. Pick 2–5 seats, and add or remove seats later — billing adjusts automatically.
How do I cancel or manage billing?
The grown-ups area opens a secure Stripe billing portal where you can change your plan, update your card, download invoices, or cancel. Cancelling keeps the plan active until the end of the period you've paid for.
What happens to our art if we cancel?
Nothing is deleted. Your kids' artwork stays in their galleries on the Free plan — it's your family's work and it only goes when you say so. See Account & Data.
