Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you (a parent or guardian) and Color Vida Kids for use of our website and apps. By creating an account you accept them.
1. The Agreement Is with the Parent
By creating an account you confirm you are an adult parent or guardian and that you accept these terms on behalf of the children who use the app under your account. Children may only use Color Vida Kids through an account a parent set up for them.
2. What the App Is
Color Vida Kids provides drawing and coloring tools, art lessons, and AI-assisted features designed for children — like generated coloring pages, art feedback, and, when a parent turns it on, asking the Vida helper questions by voice. Features may change as we improve the app.
3. Where the App Is Available
Color Vida Kids is offered in the United States only. The service is designed around United States children’s privacy law, and accounts are intended for families located in the US. We do not currently offer it elsewhere, and we do not direct it at children outside the US. If that changes we will update these terms before expanding.
4. Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed to the parent through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the grown-ups area; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices shown in the app are the current prices.
5. Your Child’s Artwork
Artwork made in the app belongs to your family. We store it so your child can revisit and continue it, and we never use it for anything other than running the service.
6. Friends & Sharing
Art sharing between families is off by default, and only a parent can turn it on for a child. If you enable sharing, or create or redeem a friend invite code, you are responsible for that choice on behalf of your child. Every shared picture is automatically checked before another family can see it, and a picture that does not pass is not shared — but automated checks are not perfect and do not replace your supervision. Either family’s parent can end a friendship or remove a shared picture at any time, and we may remove shared content that is reported to us or that breaks these terms.
7. Fair Use
Do not attempt to misuse the AI features, probe or bypass the safety systems, share your account, or use the service in a way that breaks the law. We may suspend accounts that do.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it safe, available, and fun, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
